Shipping our products are undertaken by Royal mail and EVRI courier services.
Occasionally products dispatched by Funtumiapure.co.uk are damaged in transit. Our policy is either to replace or refund the cost of the product that you purchased from us within the last seven days. The products must be unopen and in its original condition.
If the products arrive rotten or contaminated in anyway due to circumstances beyond our control. We will send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
